Vanessa García is a photographer, art director, and producer with more than 15 years of experience creating and managing visual content. Her work combines creative direction with hands-on production, bringing both a strong aesthetic eye and a practical understanding of how to shape compelling visuals from start to finish.
Born in Norman, Oklahoma and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Vanessa studied Photography at Centro Universitario de Comunicación in Mexico City and later continued her training at the International Center of Photography in New York City. She built much of her professional experience in New York City, where she lived for eleven years. She later worked at Money.com for six years and worked her way up from Photo Assistant to Senior Visual Editor. At Money, Vanessa led visual direction for news and trend stories, developed feature artwork, commissioned original illustrations, and helped shape the brand’s overall visual identity.
